I never said they were. No one knows for sure do they. But dicking around trying to scrape up a few bucks to pay salaries and maybe a little drilling is a big waste of time. America needs precious resources to offset the ailing economy which is only going to get worse imho so we need to get people and companies in there that can find out if there is...or not.
