China will NOT invest the 200 Million unless at least $25 Million worth of drilling is done with positive results imho. If that happened then LBSR wouldn't need the Chinese as there would be interested USA dollars. Question is where will Briscoe get the $25 million. LBSR is paying all kinds of salaries so like any company it's a bucket with many holes and real hard to keep finding water to keep it topped off with. Briscoe is running around the USA just to pay salaries imho so the likelihood of getting the money to do enough drilling is very slim.
