Guys....spoke with Shiva.......

Expect some news within a week regarding board members...( Insurance is set ).

Expect some more news within 2 weeks....according to Shiva....it is MAJOR news.....( not regarding hotels...i asked if this was "fluff" news....he said it was MAJOR news )

Debt has been agreed to be paid with equity financing in princple....expect more news on this front.

No news developments regarding Philly Marriott....Will be done on Marriotts time.

Shiva also said he could take people in here to court 10000 times over for calling him a fraud....but chooses to grow Tivus instead.

I told him not to R/S....he said he doesn't know what that means lol.

With 6 beneficial holders ( which he verified there were )...don't think we see a R/S just yet.
