PPHM—Let’s talk enterprise value rather than market cap.* There is only one way, IMO, that PPHM could ever have an enterprise value of >=$1.5 billion. I’ll make the answer a quiz.

*A company can obtain a sizable market cap by having a lot of cash even if investors place little or no value on its business.
