Bought it today, and i think that this piece of news http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050921/215215.html?.v=1, might be quite important, it may increase the potential target market from 750,000 patients to anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 MM. The market started to react (the stock did not drop till the end of the day) early on. Unfortunately, the stock broke during the day to a new reaction low, it really must hold above $17.40 on a closing basis, or else, it could drop quite a lot, so play it carefully.
