I see quite a lot of money paid out for "consultation" and "services' in the reports, and w/o any real specific
details as to the services and consultations, who they were or what benefit to the Company.

Did you notice that? How much of that sort of thing is acceptable in your opinion?

I did notice in one of the reports that Mr. FJ got a wad of shares as a "consultant".
