Actually, Stormy, DD MAN, Quinton, and maybe a couple more, including Rio had been ousted. But I agree with you, I don't think that Marcine was ousted.

Although it was a part of the settlement, I do not think that lawsuits against them BOYZ are actually barred, or estopped.
After all the shares already belonged to the shareholders. All the Lawsuit did was enforce a distribution, after the senior claims were satisfied.

The senior claims were the creditors of LOCH. They could not distribute shares from their treasury unless they paid the creditors first. The court determined that the creditors were taken care of (including the Lawyers), and decreed that LOCH do the distribution.

I still think that a suit would be accepted by a Federal Court, maybe not a Texas court, though. Especially a suit for fraud. But as Cisco says, don't sleep on your rights. The statutes of limitations ar fast running through.

I have posted many times why I think that the BOYZ escaped prosecution by the FEDS. IF THEY REALLY HAVE ESCAPED.

That Huricane is not going to be pretty. Wherever it goes, and miles and miles from the center. I doubt that New Orleans escapes more flooding. If it goes ashore near Galveston or Lake Charles, New Orleans will still get strong southern winds, plowing the water and storm surge ahead of the wind.

Lake Charles and Sulpher are both vulnerable, too. The Lake itself is not exactly a puddle. All the refineries in that area spells trouble for the entire nation, gasoline shortage and prices.

That thing is not only strong, but it is also BIG.
