Book Value (NAV) should also go up again. I don't understand how NNI cannot get a better valuation shake from Wall Street. How many stocks have this kind of consistent earnings and profitability and sell for a mere 4-5 times earnings?

The street doesn't understand that they are the leading servicer of student loans for the federal government, and that 70+% of NNI's revenue comes from fee based services and income and not from writing new student loans. The fed, govt. took over the lending function and NNI now just services the loans for huge fee income.
