Ugh. But I think we'll be alright. Again, I know it's not dilution, and I firmly believe it's not shorting. I just think we have a couple long-time holders who see yesterday's filing as their best chance to get out with a lot of shares. If I'd been holding for years and saw an 8-K with the letters LOI, well, you wouldn't blame me for the temptation to sell while the buyers are around, even if for a day.
I can live with that. But once we hear the details of all the stuff going on, and when that acquisition closes and is followed by three more and then two more, well, then we'll look back on yesterday not with fondness, but definitely with, well, who am I kidding . . . I won't be thinking about yesterday.
