if you think MS is going to use an interview like this to acknowledge a problem with the efficacy of the company's products because CYGX needs to use a patented backbone for which it hasn't been granted a license.

He'd have to be an utter fool to do that. Despite his many faults as a CEO, I don't think he's a fool.
