PKI’s CEO, Robert Friel, sold $1.4M worth of stock at $28 on 8/7/12 under a recently-established 10b5-1 plan:

Inasmuch as Friel still holds 510K shares, the sale amounted to only 9% of Friel’s pre-sale holding. Still, I never like insider selling of any kind, so I consider this transaction somewhat bearish.
