themselves by Rosenfeld and Co, they stuck with the remnants of SHPS, advanced close to $500,000 to keep the Shell going as a viable entity and found an excellent private Company to merge into it...

To say that many of us are grateful and even in awe at what has been accomplished out of a quasi-disaster would be a major understatement... BTW, this has not gone un-noticed in certain circles and more business should accrue to Worldwide, as a result of proving its mettle in very adverse circumstances...
