i am looking at your chart i don't see how you are saying that there is 75% chance of Cat2/3.
They are giving in 3-days, 25% chance of Cat4-5, 25% chance of Category 3 and 15% for Category 2, i do not know how that converts into 75% chance it will Category 2 or 3 when chance of Category 4-5 is EQUAL to category 3, and both are greater than category 2.
