Exactly right and that is why for the last few days they have offered a huge block..pushed the PPS down to a low level..held it there until right before the close..then crossed it to someone..same thing each day..they are trying to get a good conversion rate..then XP and crew will push the PPS up higher and higher as they slowly do a massive dilution..so ride it up a little and jump off.....
