but what happened to the many claims that "finra will never allow for a name and cusip change?" After the change, we even heard, "oh they tricked pipi management. It will never see a trade." It doesn't trade on the regular, but it certainly CAN trade and HAS since the name change. I also enjoy the insisting that the sec had no involvement and that finra just takes the money and makes the name change. Can we all pick a story instead of making it up after something occurs?
