Yeah, I hear ya. But I (personally) wouldn't kick myself. I searched - inward and outward... I learned... I decided, "I do not think this stock will go up". So now, even if it does, I'll be able to look back to this decision and say "yeah, I missed the boat. But back then I honestly didn't think it would happen, so I couldn't in good conscience put money in it anyway." - Removing emotion is the #1 advice I hear from the people I trust about trading. At the moment the only indication and gut instinct I have about it is that it'll split from 3c to $3 and continue the trend it's been on for the last 3 years. The trend is downward. Expecting otherwise is to fight the market.

I'm not hoping it will go down. I'm expecting it to. There's a huge difference.

When I bought the first time, a few months ago, I said "holy crap in a hat this stock has done nothing but go down and hurt long term investors for years". At the time I had a large "HOWEVER I found this symbol due to neuromancer and maybe this is something to be held long term."

What I've realized since then is that I have a really long time before it makes sense to buy into it for neuromancer alone (a lot can happen). I can check in in a year and see how likely neuromancer looks then.

Also: I may believe the company's market cap is undervalued. This leans heavy on, "is it an accurate and honest evaluation of what they own" PLUS "will they start/complete projects". I honestly don't know the answer to either of these (so that's a red flag).

HOWEVER, even if I do agree the market cap is undervalued I simply don't know how a long term investor can ever hope to compete against brand new shares in order to get their hands on that market cap differential. From where I sit, it looks like this market cap delta will be made - but not by current share holders. To me it appears that the market cap differential will be made in the form of new shares (ie, paying the bills). MY owned shares will be worth less and less (and with reverse splits I'll have fewer and fewer).

That's what I honestly believe, and it's why I won't kick myself in a year no matter what.
