Not to debate as to whether everything was on the 'up and up' and flawless with anwm/pipi, but that statement is fiction. "They are looking" is just completely made up. None of us know where any legalities stand. PS, the wonderful FINRA permitted a name change after the suspension. That should tell you something about these alleged "feds that are looking" which probably are not looking at anything here! Please don't suggest a Wells notice, because that jibber jabber was played in July of 2011 after the 10 day suspension occurred. An over-employed sec should not need 14+ months to publish a Wells notice on what was an empty shell. There's really not too much to investigate, never was.
