Yeah I realize it. I meant news though not news that we are going to get news in 2 months. The PPS may break .03 soon but I just dont know what the market will think. I have seen too many "news" stories here that had a target of a month or 2 and 2 years later we still wait. I am not going to fall for the LoI thing again.
The financing for this one is bigger then the last one that didnt go through. How much of the company is Scott going to give away for $20M? it was 35% for 10M last time
I got my fingers crossed but the "news" today is not news to me it is the same thing as the HKHE deal and the spin out. LoI= losing our investment
I wish he would have waited till Sept and just announced the done deal instead of the typical LoI thing
