My nomination for the most naive statement of the century...
"Cisco, a filed suit may or may not every reach court, but it is a filed suit none the less. Any monies, and or stocks allocated to the settlement of a claim must be reported in the financials of a public company."
And this statement was typed by a person that surely knows the difference between "must" and "will be". And the difference between the actions designed to "cover up" and open and honest actions.
