I do not use Snagit. I just cut and paste from Excel.
The Blogger.com editor is similar to this window at IHUB, which also has a problem with cut and paste of columnar data.

I would prefer to post an Excel image into Blogger, but haven't gotten round to it yet.

You say I can get a free trial version of Snagit??
