It’s pretty obvious that the FDA gives generic-drug approvals a low priority in the overall scheme of things. The new PDUFA bill is intended to address this to some degree, but it remains to be seen if the change amounts to a hill of beans.

I stand by my original point that MNTA can alter its business model to emphasize trade secrets more and patents less… if that’s what the law of the land requires.
