CHL Technologies` Rapidly Growing Content Portfolio Receives Increased Industry Acceptance With Its Signing of an Exclusivity Agreement With a Major Chinese Newspaper

September 20, 2005 16:01:28 (ET)

FRISCO, Texas, Sept 20, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Phillip Barber, CEO of E Mobile Information Technologies, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: EMTK), has announced today the execution of an exclusive agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary, CHL Technologies, and The NanJing Morning Newspaper. CHL's Mobile Book Software Technology (MBST) will enable CHL subscribers to download and read the newspaper on their cell phones in addition to its numerous other content offerings, anywhere at any time. Having a circulation of more than a half million readers, NanJing Morning Newspaper, which is owned by the Xing Hua Bao Ye Group of NanJing, China, has positioned itself as one of the top three news sources in NanJing and its surrounding areas.

Dr. Nan Hu, founder of the company and executive director of CHL Technologies, reflected upon the importance of the timing of the agreement, this occurring at a time when its acquisition of 3g365.com has doubled the size of CHL's own subscriber base.

In response to several of EMTK's investors' inquiries concerning the potential scope of adapting books, magazines and newspapers for cell phone viewing, Dr. Hu referred to the article, "Mobile tech gets into literature", the link to which is http://www.etaiwannews.com/High%20Tech/2005/03/23/1111546769.htm .
