To USOO investors:

I do own USOO but haven't owned for that long. Was wondering if anyone knew how much that pending lawsuit was weighing on the minds of investors. Has it been an ongoing concern? There was some really encouraging volume when news came out which leads me to believe that the stock price was being held down in large part due to this lawsuit. TIA
