The problem with your analysis is that you are not taking into account SUGO's death spiral dilution. According to their own filings, they are still converting debt at .0006 per share. Those conversion holders have every interest in an immediate sale at .0001.

If fact, I dare say that failure to take into account SUGO's heavy dilution has been the critical flaw in your otherwise decent technical analysis of SUGO. However, technical patterns fail when massive dilution is in the works- and the SUGO share price's collapse provides evidence on that point.
