To MJNA management:

Recently quite a number of MJNA 'longs' have become concerned with the proposed increase in A/S shares and potential for the dreaded "D" word - dilution.

While most understand the fact that this is a start-up, with new business channels and a new business model, it still strikes "fear" into the heart of the prospective investor - because of the notorious way in which penny stocks are exploited and the unsavory record that a number of them have.

More directly, it appears we are going from 600k to 750k A/S:

http://records.sos.state.or.us/webdrawer/rec/2081259/view/SOS%20-%20Corporation%20-%20Business%20Entity%20Filing%20Records%20-%2028092591.PDF

While the investment community sees MJNA's filing for a better exchange and obtaining a Market Maker as good things, there is also the real probability that the increase A/S can be used for proactive items as well, such as acquisitions or reduction of debt. However, a significant increase in A/S share count can also be perceived as having a bad connotation of "dilution" on the Street as well.

Additionally, we've had 10 ea. stellar PR news releases since end of May, all coupled with a Grass Roots Advertising Campaign Report on May 10th - and the PPS only continues to get hammered and remains is retreat - not to mention that we still can not contact the TA and request the current float - whats up with all this ???

In my humble opinion, what would benefit the entire investment community would be consideration of the following:

- formally addressing PPS and shareholder value as the Number 1 issue
- formally curtail all dilution and dilution concerns
- formally addressing the 20% increase in A/S to 750k and its intended purpose
- getting the PPS sustained above $0.10 for the 'eyes' of micro/small caps
- allowing access to the TA for float & share count updates
- update the Dixie web site to reflect more than 14 dispensaries
- others...

Thanks for taking the time....
