Capt, with all due respect I think you are missing the point of what seasound and many others are concerned about.

Increasing the number of shares? Why if no more dilution is needed. We heard that before and what happened? Looking to change employee compensation?

Each quarter we hear about revenue increase, margins increase, but we are still at the same loss per share. Where did the increase in margins go? Dilution!!!

I also have been with this company a long time. We seem to take one step forward and two sideways. Getting impatient and don't want to have more dilution thrown at us at a future time because the shares are available.
