One more thing.

Again, from memory, i will try to track down supporting info tonight; when Humphries left SSEV he signed a deal whereby he relinquished all of his shares in the company in exchange for immunity to prosecution.

Does that sound like a normal CEO departure to you? Why would he make such an arrangement if everything was on the up and up?

Oh, and of course, fraud would invalidate any such contract so the immunity is not a guarantee for him.
