The LOST WONDER, among his other names, as he COULD NOT BE SERVED for a VERY LONG TIME by HLNT has now seemingly attempted EVERY TACTIC to forestall the inevitable & clog-up the court system.
Of note was a recent settlement by a company reportedly owing NIR $6mm. The settlement went for $1mm & so it is fairly clear to me that if HLNT were not so insistent on defending themselves they might likely score a similar settlement at will if they'd have felt it was the best they could do.
