Matt: Not all of the trangessions were at the same level. There were some that repeatedly taunted others with posts and gifs that could be taken in not other way than a direct personal attack.

Yes, I took judodog's bait and responded about his repeated harassment. I now realize that those posts were OT and a violation of your TOU. It is my fault for not execising self-control in the face of direct attacks. I also gave a mother-hen lecture to DABOSS. Lessons learned.

However, I believe it is unfair for you to give me the same punishment as those who went on direct attacks. I have followed your rules for jail and have received no consideration.

It's doubtful that some of your other prisoners will be humble enough to admit they did anything wrong, yet it sounds like you intend to release us all together in 24 hours, whether or not we accept that we transgressed.

I wasn't upset about being jailed until I saw how you intend to handle this. It is contrary to my understanding of your purpose for jail.

I'd also like to point out, that unlike most of the others you jailed, I am not a one-board poster. Other than Sox, most of the others you jailed only use your bandwidth on the EDIG board. The only reason I decided to pay for a premium membership was to be able to enjoy posting on the fun boards here. EDIG is a drag, but I hate seeing false hype perpetuated, so I post there too.

I also can not remember any TOU violations committed by SoxFan yesterday. I guess I missed it.
