We are definitely in very serious trouble with this investment. I noted many posts yeaterday which essentially stated what I would have, so I did not post to avoid duplication of effort. I believe yesterday was a severe wake-up call to anyone with even a modicum sense of reality. IMO, the anticipated subpenny valuation and second r/s will arrive much sooner than later. I also believe the shareholders have two options.
1. Adopt the bag8ger head-in-the-sand throry that there is essentially no connection between the company and its pps, go into a state of denial, fantasize the future riches which will be realized by those investors who are patient, and blame all of the company's woes on well compensated boogeymen traders and bashers working for evil corporations, OR
2. Implement a shareholder vote or legal action against the DNAG BOD and demand that Gabriel and his wife be fired and replaced by a single CEO who is able to execute on behalf of the shareholders and enhance shareholder value. (I had already proposed this prior to the last shareholder meeting.)
Option 2 assumes that the products/services of the company are patentable (so far, 2 final rejections from the Patent Office for the first two patent applications) and commercially viable (so far, after 6 years, no revenue deals of any significance). If not, than nothing matters anymore, except everyone will have a tax write-off.
JMHO from the very dismal facts.
