Hollund Industrial Marine Inc. (HIMR)

Something does not sound right here. How can HIMR take 3.5 Billion shares out of the market, when it has only 750 Million authorized shares, 350 Million shares outstanding, and 271 Million shares in the public float.

I am looking hard at this for an investment play, but all of my DD raises a serious red flag as to the announcement of an intention to take the 3.5 "Billoin" shares out of the market, which announcement has created all the buzz here this moring..
