"Unethical" that I am telling folks this "high probability" scenario? To stop and think about the way they are inefficiently using their hard-earned time and money? Not going to live forever. I have a friend in our group that is battling cancer [God Bless him], He needs to rake in gains - NOW!

Been here, done this. BAYP should be a good company "later", rather than sooner.
