There's NO Company-therefore NO reporting,BUT...
Therefore NO debt...
Therefore obviously NOT "in trouble"...

IARO is a DTC eligible ticker which previous owners KNOW it is, and may / may not "move back in" with a reverse merger...
Maybe their own new Company (same sector) is not doing well right now like 90% of others ??? Right ???

I have shares from 1/21/2010, and had NO issue with adding back with that last 600m share run...

It is "wait & see" - like most all the OTC / Pinks.
You can't sell at this point - NO bid...
(although sometimes .0002s are the only shares available)
