The SEC IS PART of the naked shorting scam. We don't have to find out who is after any particular company; it is being done to hundreds of them. All we have to do is get congress to force the SEC to enforce existing laws that say you have to deliver barrowed shares. It really is very simple and not at all complicated. Why should they let these thieves counterfeit shares? Shares are currency. The treasury energetically pursues counterfeiters of US currency and they should go after these counterfeiters with the same enthusiasm.
