I don't think there's any difference for companies that want to acquire USSIF or merge. They have until the 7th of August. If Pridham announces (again) that as of the 2nd of August when proxy votes stop,the "FOR" camp has the vote so far then I would think that any company would believe US Silver shareholders to be extremely naive. I still can't believe there is 82% FOR this deal ,so far. Then again,82% is not far from 66%,considering maybe all the insider votes are in.
