would you consider the existance of operating permits? And jeeze why after 12 years or so would you ever hold on to those old shares? My biggest question was and maybe still is is...how did someone buy maybe a sixth of the company shares and then procede to do all the things done with out a stockholder vote. Sure once he gave himself all thoses millions of shares he was a shoe in but before that.....seems like the shareholders should have had some say . I also believe that no one would have voted in any one Carraway picked. If indead he was picked.
