Since the brokerage cannot seem to deliver stock to me, my claim is against them. The TA and I have no connection and thus why should I chase him down. The chase has to be done by the brokerage if they want a chance of covering theit losses. Actually the brokerages probably have a MM between them and the TA so everyone just follows the chain. Before long there are so many third party defendents we need a scorecard and a stadium. LOL

Bottome line, I bought real shares of BCIT (not fraudulent shares)from my AGENT (in a legal sense), the brokerage firm. Either deliver them to me or pay me for them, either way I win.
