It is interesting for sure. Because that is the way I saw it either the triple merger was a go or nothing. I could not figure out why GCS would do a reverse merger with a garbage shell like MKHD when they could easily buy a higher quality shell that would benefit them. The MKHD merger was the only reason I bought ASYI. So if that is true that would be an interesting turn of events.
