you will discover that this press release just does not jibe with appraisal report.

The Appraisal was requested by a different company "OPERADORA HOTELERA
GRANDCLASS, S.A." and it's content does not match with the comments made
by CGAQ. Read it and see for yourselves.

P.S.

For Mr. Frank Leiber to state that the purchase was timed
perfectly majes no sense if that comment was related to the Fun-Royale deal.
First of all a purchase has not yet taken place and from reading the Appraisal
Report I wonder what he (Frank) was referring to when he made that comment.
