Yep! Even the .0001 buyers will get slammed on a no merger R/S. The stock will do a instant sell off and drop 50-80% in a vertical drop. The MMs will be selling into it and exits will be blocked. Quick traders will even be hard pressed to find a chance for a flip on any little bounce, if it has anything worth trying.
