I would never kill you, Sem1! Besides, I think you probably know 10 times the ways to defend yourself from a wimpy guy like me!
As far as the final mill mortgage, I am pretty sure that an extension or some other accommodation would be worked out if things are that close to restart. Worse case, it would entail a little more interest charge.
Don't forget the mortgage holder has an investment in the success of the mill too.
Didn't CGFI just get some financing to help meet the mortgage payments? (I'm on my cell phone so I can't check on it right now. It would be in the recent press releases.)
