Funny question I have. If GCS is a major revenue and profit producing company why would they even choose to go public anyway?

Most private companys that go public do so to raise funds through selling stock.

If GCS has so much money and they want to go public why not just start out fresh on the nasdaq or something?

To trade on nasdag pps must trade at $5+ for at least I believe 6 months, this is why most R/S to raise the pps, however 99% fail.
GCS revenues are low only est. at 5mil so to trade on nasdaq with a R/M with ASYI (no 8K filed) O/S at around 3-4 bil est. you can bet a r/s would be coming.

NOLS for future tax purposes

From what I understand these NOLS can not be used in this so called pipe dream R/M with ASYI(again no 8K filed stating a merger is in process).
