Sounds like Mr Chang's attorney is recommending more to the deal. Most likely Chang wants exclusive license in Asia/China, wants the Seem deal outright or the planatation may be the deal breaker too. F this guy. I also suspect Dr Shewe may form a new entity or merge his for the VSPC loss carryforward . I own VGREF and VSPC both. If Mr Chang did discuss matters with Wang & Sung pre-resignation to either board he has divulged his plan. Several legal items IMO. We'll see soon. Like Tuesday!
