After re-examining the TDA highlighted recommendations for ACTC, I now understand that it was an internal decision by TDA to highlight, as for the recommendations, that was from the company where @#$%Stein is a well paid employee, who would more than likely, if he had the power, highlight any negatives regarding this particular company.
