Look at the SEC action against Monk, SPECIFICALLY citing GRNO.There was no NSS as Monk claimed,and he knew it, selling his shares while he told everyone else he was buying to "lock the float".

The ones who lost were those who put their faith in Monk and believed his wild "Naked Short Sellers" pump and dump. I and others warned about him at the time, and I'm glad to say, at least a few listened and expressed their appreciation for our guidance.
