If you are trying to valuate a stock it is profit divided by OS not income. That said you can usually multiply that by a sector P/E ratio of 10 or so.

Of course when you factor in Ghana, the REE processing plant, and the REEs, its hard to say at this point without getting some PR's to let us know what we have. All indications are that Ghana is well marbled.
