Yup, we have a pumper. Lucky, anyone who has been involved in this company with Steven and Bill surely hopes your right. But we have seen this dog and pony show enough times to know what to expect. The real problem I have with your statements is your saying a "major" US city is involved. A typical pump leaves wide open statements that only rookies fall for. Which city is it? Classic sign of a pump. I just hope steven and company dilute to .0001 and no bid. Get what they deserve.
