The pps cannot rise until chill is lifted.....people do not want to pay extra fees to buy this stock. It is expensive. I know thru scottrade it is due to chill. Yes you can buy it but you have to pay extra percentages which adds up. If chill lis lifted then I think we will see more buying pressure due to costing less to buy stock. I Hope I'm right and I hope the chill is lifted. The chill is killing us right now. Dilution plus chill is not a good combo. Let's at least get rid of chill......then I can see this stock back around 3 or 4 cents. In my opinion.
