Makes sense to me. I am still shocked my prefereds are even still on the books in escrow. As long as that is the case, we are still very much in the game. Cant disagree with your assessment. What about past divy's? Are any rights to past dividends gonr once the bk commenced? Id take past divys missed sans any future payout or shares in a new company anyday. Im a dreamer....
