On January 17, 2012, the Company issued the remaining 2,575,305 shares pursuant to the Agreement, fully satisfying the terms of the acquisition. As at the date of these financial statements, the Company has issued a total of 9,000,002 shares; 4,000,002 shares to the shareholders of Open Sundaes and 5,000,000 shares to a creditor of Open Sundaes.
